Refund Policy

The following policy will exist for all Summer 2025 Membership Levels

2025 Refund Policy

Deposits are Non-Refundable and spots are not confirmed until received.

90% of fees are refundable if notice is provided in writing with more than 120 days before the first practice

75% of fees are refundable if notice is provided in writing 90-120 days prior to the first practice

50% of fees are refundable if notice is provided in writing 60-90 days prior to the first practice

25% of fees are refundable if notice is provided in writing 30-60 days prior to the first practice

0% of fees are refundable once within 30 days of the first day of practice

Fall 2024 Refund Policy

90% of fees are refundable if notice is provided in writing with more than 28 before the event/first day of practice

75% of fees are refundable if notice is provided in writing 21-28 days prior to the event/first day of practice

50% of fees are refundable if notice is provided in writing 14-21 days prior to the event/first day of practice

25% of fees are refundable if notice is provided in writing 7-14 days prior to the event/first day of practice

0% of fees are refundable if notice is not provided 7 or more days prior to the event/first day of practice (for practices)

Memberships are not officially confirmed until the full deposit amount is paid
If subsequent payments and balances are not made in full by the due date specified on the invoice, the membership may be cancelled with all prior payments being forfeited
Cyclones administrators may approve exceptions for extenuating circumstances
